Redfund Policy

We hope you will be very happy with your order, however if you are not satisfied for any reason you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify this for you as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to make a return:

To start a return, please email with the following information:

- Your name

- Your order number

- Item/s you wish to return

- Reason for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns number and details of where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return postage to us is the responsibility of, and at the cost to, the customer. We therefore recommend sending returns recorded delivery. Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of notification. Please include your name and returns number and send in the original packaging if possible.


We will exchange damaged or defective goods, or for another size in the case of clothing. Please follow the returns procedure above.


We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via you original payment method within 14 days. Please allow 3- 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please note we cannot refund any postage costs, therefore all refunds will be for the goods returned only.
