Delivery Information
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Standard Delivery orders placed before 12pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the following day.
Tracked 24 orders must be placed before midday for same day shipping.
We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us by quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.
Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:
Standard Shipping: £4.95 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-4 working days)
Small Item Shipping (Orders under £10): £3.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.45 (next working day)
FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 SHIPPING on all orders over £50 (automatically applied at the checkout)
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

DELIVERED WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT HOME?
The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

CLICK AND COLLECT
We offer a free click and collect service from our store in Dunkeld. Simply select click and collect at checkout and we'll get your order ready for you and send you a notification when your order is ready to collect. Please note our store is open Tuesday - Saturday 10.30am – 4.30pm.
OUR PACKAGING
Packaging is really important to us as a small business. We love receiving parcels packaged with care and attention and that is what we aim to deliver to you. We are also conscious of the materials we use to post out your orders. We use recycled boxes and have carefully chosen sustainable packaging that can be recycled including :
Previously used boxes
Recycled tissue paper to wrap your orders in that can also be recycled
Kraft postal boxes which are 100% recyclable
Kraft postal bags which are made from recycled materials and padded with an eco-friendly alternative to bubble wrap, making them 100% recyclable.
Eco Kraft paper tape which is 100% recyclable, biodegradable and made from sustainably sourced paper.
Any filling we use to protect your items is saved from stock deliveries and repurposed.
We use Kraft Paper bags in store which can be reused or recycled.
